He's not part of the intelligentsia. He went to Harrow school, which is an elite private school for the wealthy. He's only where he is because he went to Harrow. In Britain, the school you attended is often more important than how intelligent you are.
If he was part of the intelligentsia, he would be of the Left.

For all his good arguments on global warming, I am afraid I can only disagree about his argument on the stewardship god has granted us.
Nevertheless, I am on his side in his fight against this crazy superstition.
