@malkinmario it'z because this isn't mainstream music.. everyone's force fed bullshit through the radio stations.. if ya want good music nowadays u gotta search for it or go back to the classics.. Luther Dickinson vocals/guitar for NMA was also on the Black Crowes last 3 albums.. There's still great music out there, have fun on yer search finding it..
@MrTJRadio Why are these guys so seemingly unknown? I just found them about 5 month ago and just recently saw them live which was one of the best live shows I've ever seen, easily. They deserve so much more attention. They are a such a breath of fresh air in this day and age.
@look9989 I totally feel u on the NMA, i love this band i own all their stuff and have seen'em live.. but their are still good current bands, it'z just harder to find quality jamz.. u might try on for size, maybe the Black Keys, Moreland & Arbuckle, or Michael Williams Band, uh Robert Randolph & the Family Band.. or how about Tedeschi Trucks Band (Susan Tedeschi + Derek Trucks), or Gary Clark Jr., or even Ben Harper kicks ass! did i mention Buddy Guy is still makin' albums and touring? Enjoy!
I really started to appreciate music in 1963 as an early teen. NMAS is the only currently active band I'm really into. The guitar work is amazing. All of the songs on Keys to the Kingdom are exceptional. (Just bought a new copy)!
Has everyone noticed how awesome Luther's slide work has gotten, I mean it was always great, but it just keeps getting better.
