  • It's time Occupy Sudbury steps it up. We need some more radical tactics. More civil disobedience.

  • Truth to power, keeps all of us on the path of light because the truth has no agenda it just is. Power to truth keeps all of us dumb down and in the dark, away from inlightement in a place where you can't make an objective decision.

Humanity needs an evolution that awakes it's spiritual conscnousness so that we all come together as one people, with all our freedoms and rights that we have today because we can not take our petty attitudes and differences to other civilizations among the stars.

  • Sudbury has been protesting to the effect of these topics for years, now they all belong to our collective and we would like to see change for the better

  • :supporting local business

    :buying local, eating local.

:addressing housing for the homeless and advocating basic human needs

:community gardens for schools, parks , public areas, etc..

:addressing the increased costs of living, as well as taxes on sudbury homeowners

:this list goes on and will continue to do so as people voice their opinions

  • :bike paths and cyclist safety

:accountability of programs meant to offer services

:water fluoridation, soil and watershed health

:environmental sustainability, food forestry in sudbury

  • :Aboriginal rights.

    :Seniors rights

:Workers rights, Union rights. Supporting local employment and blocking replacement workers

:basic human needs and addressing the minimum wage/student wages

:availability and expansion of social housing

:costs for post secondary education and student related issues

  • @bodhisattva99 who ARE "the shareholders"? How can you get them to SHIFT their fundamental priorities? What will it require? Is it possible? Pitching a tent... civil disobedience... it's one thing... but 'all' you're asking for is a miracle. I have always believed it possible. What can you do to make is a reality? Words are not enough.

  • "ALL" we're asking for? What? We're not asking for a miracle... just a SHIFT in our fundamental priorities. That would be a miracle. People have been asking for that since before Jesus walked the earth... and it STILL hasn't happened. Why not? Ask that question and then come to terms with what it would take to get what it is you're asking for. It's admirable. It's just a pose. Be real. The world is real and so is your opposition. So be real. And good luck to you. I hope you succeed.
