Ken Wiseman, Melissa Miller-Henson and staff members appeared in Fort Bragg at this unannounced meeting of the Marine Life Protection Act Initiative. The only notice given was selective and manipulative word-of-mouth, passed along in the fishing and seaweed harvesting communities. A member of the audience brought up the issue of why there was no mention in the local newspaper. Miller-Henson responds by saying "Really?" Wiseman claims he "was on the front page a year ago."

Wiseman incorrectly states in his introductions that Miller-Henson is an employee of the "'Natural Resources Association', that's on contract to our project." Miller-Henson was in fact a state employee of the California Natural Resources Agency.

This video documents the roots of subsequent Bagley-Keene Open Meetings law violations by a corrupt, privately funded "Initiative" - including lack of proper notice for public meetings, the denial of comment at public meetings, and the denial of the press and public's right to record these public meetings.

The MLPAI and it's "I-Team" are currently facing litigation for Civil Rights and Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act violations.
