Zack & Cody are grounded for hurting Mr. Moseby. Their mother is having money problems because of the twins spending it on room service and more. When the twins find out that a celebrity wedding is going to be held at the Tipton and no photographers are allowed, they decide to sneak into the wedding and take a picture of the married couple's first kiss, so they can sell it for Carey.
Note: This was originally the first episode of the entire series, as the episode style and layout was that of a pilot episode and many of the props used in the episode (such as Maddie's uniform or some furniture in the Martins' suite) were not used in future episodes. Also, Maddie has brown hair in this episode.
