Global Kids' DISCOVERED: a machinima on sex trafficking

A diverse group of New York City public high school students, involved in an intensive after school program conducted by Global Kids, have produced this new digital movie on child sex trafficking. The film was created in Teen Second Life, a 3D virtual world that Global Kids uses to educate youth from around the world about global issues. See http://www.discoveredmovie.com for more info.

This was produced by a group of high school students in New York City, in the United States. You also fail to realize that this is indeed a serious issue. Drug smugglers don't always put their talents to use moving inanimate cargo .

actually, this happens to many american children as well. mostly runaways, but it can really happen to anyone. this is not an us and them problem. sex trafficking hurts us all.

Firstly, this would never happen if she was BORN American. We teach our kids not to run away to another country without proper guidance from their parents. Secondly, this video makes america look like a sex trafficking nation. If it was, I would have been in that business a long time ago XD
Third, talking about Sex Trafficking and Children, why not look at some Asian countries. Last time I heard America wasn't the top of the list for Sex tourism
