I was diagnosed with MM in 2006 at the age of 38. I'd recently returned to the U.S. after a 12 month deployment to Iraq with my National Guard unit. I'd been experiencing severe back pain for several months and I went to have an MRI. Doctors noticed that three of my vertebrae in my back collapsed from the cancer and my kidney's shut down. Doctors gave me 3 months to live. After extensive chemo, radiation and two stem-cells transplants, I'm here today in remission. I've truly been blessed.

I am reading up on another way to combat myeloma. That would be the raw food diet and wondering if any of you have researched this as well?
