The Glorious Cause: Unofficial Trailer

A project I did for English class. I did a fake movie trailer for the book The Glorious Cause by Jeff Shaara. It's about the American revolution from the signing of the declaration of independence to the end of the war and the story follows many of the main leaders and figures of the war.(Adams isnt really in the book but he is in the prequel to this but I put him in anyway) The books climax being the crossing of the Delaware and the battle of Trenton is what I focused on in the trailer.

I used a lot of clips from different movies and documentaries that I edited together to make it.
Some of them are

John Adams HBO miniseries
The Crossing
The Patriot

The songs I added were

The Finial Charge- from the Last Samurai
My Name is Lincoln- from The Island

It would be awesome if they made the book into a movie. They did a great job with Gods and Generals, and Gettysburg. To bad the person they had who was their historical advisor is dead. Rest in peace Brian Pohanka.
