CD Duplicator - Robot Loader

An automatic loader for the CD Duplicator. Not done quite yet, Eventually, we will put sensors on the drive to have it run only when the drives open.

Watch it with annotations to see what all the hardware is.

It's actually level, the camera was on a box on the hood of a car.

@brosskgm I winged it when building it... So there aren't many plans to be shared. Next time I have it up, I'll go over the parts to it.

@borglanparty That great. Do you have any plans etc you would like to share?

@brosskgm It's finished up and runs every now and again. It isn't based on an arduino, rather a plc that also controls the stepper motor. (An arduino would also work well).

As for the suction cups, they don't really leave anything on the surface (it's not that much vaccum).

Have you got any further with this? I like the idea of the suction cups to put and put the cd's, but not sure how it would work on the printable dvd's surface. Are you using the arduino?
