PiKAPiKA is a Japanese light painting crew.

This video is a campaign of So-net's Hikari Service.
So-net is one of the biggest internet provider in Japan.
The Japanese word "Hikari" means "Light" and they also use this word to label their optical fiber (FTTH) service, thus the term, Hikari service.
