@mikecdc97 To get the death sentence in Texas you have to murder someone, which is more or less justice. I'm sure there are laws the prankster could be charged under, but I doubt he'd get any jail time. There are far worse telephone pranks than this, where callers impersonated police officers and talked managers into illegal cavity searches of employees and in one instance, rape. That prankster got, and deserved, a hefty amount of jailtime. This is just taking advantage of stupidity.

@blindthrall he does deserve a lifetime sentence, its not medieval, Texas does the death sentence, do you think that is medieval, she may have been an idiot, but if this guy is capable of convincing someone to do that, who knows what else, so yes he should go to jail, if not a life time sentence but at least a long time

@mikecdc97 I'm not defending him, the prankster's a jerkoff, but I do think it's funny. I'm glad you're not in the judicial system if your think a prankster deserves a lifetime sentence. Why not go full medieval and cut out his tongue? It's half the girls' fault for being dumb enough to believe this shit. I haven't fallen for a prank call since I was a teenager. No sympathy for stupidity.
