Evidentiary hearing last year was heard ONLY with the Judge Derrick Chan present (the only probate judge in the entire state of Hawaii) and attorneys for Elizabeth, myself and Elizabeth Enough evidence to cast doubt on 1st Amendment forensics stating dad 100% incapacitated when 2nd Amendment signed Judge Chan would not allow evidence to be admitted. It is being investigated at the federal level now.

Alot of phone calls to and from Elizabeth's cousin Antonia Newton before and after Dad died Sometimes calls lasting 120 minutes and yet Elizabeth did not call anyone in our family or me or my brother What was scary was I called Antonia Newton after Dad died and they acted like they had no idea who I was and insisted they wouldn't know my dad I have since learned differenttly They won't talk to us

@nancimeek Jane Peebles was the attorney who handled the Bank of Hawaii situation in California THey tried to have the case moved back to california and the judge in San Luis Obispo denied their motion. @nancimeek Geggie Udui is Elizabeth Asanuma reklai Meek's sister she was married to Senator Udui and isolated him from his family then a few weeks later after she had him sign documents taking everything from his kids and giving it to her, he died. Same thing Elizabeth did

@nancimeek The attorney Van Youness in Arkansas knew about the property being sold and we asked him to NOT sell the Arkansas property he assisted Robert Grigger Jones with the sale and as a result a judgment was brought against the estate in the amount of $380,000.. Judge Chan in hawaii would not allow us to address the judgment. This judgment was negligence on the part of Elizabeth Meek

Sorry to hear about this Nancy. I was Elvin's secretary after Joyce until Elvin sold the law practice to Robert Holstein. When Elvin came back with Elizabeth from Palau and started up his practice again, I worked for him once more. some other secretary he hired can't remember her name stole checks and money from him. After that Elvin was paranoid I guess about employees so we parted ways. I never stole a penny. I think Elizabeth encouraged him to let me go. Good luck
