I hear ya loud and clear. Between advocating silly abstinence-only programs (are you serious?! Tell a teenage kid NOT to do something & it's PRECISELY what they WILL do!) and taking agency away from all women, god knows I would've expatriated had they won. And I also couldn't get over how in the whole campaign, these brainwashed morons turned her pregnant daughter around on her by saying "Yay! She's keeping the baby!"...if that was a Dem or Ind the reaction would've been "What lousy parents."

Couldn't agree more with you, ready2riot718. The Republicans wanted to flaunt their 'family values'. They used Palin to get the female vote when she is, as you say, against her own gender. She and John McCain would've destroyed womens' rights within 2 seconds of gaining office. Roe V Wade would've been overturned quicker than you could sneeze and that would've been horrific and terrifying to witness.

I'm glad as all hell the election's over and they didn't win. But in retrospective, ever notice how the media totally overexalted Sarah Palin's motherhood? Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama are mothers but it wasn't super glorified and shoved in your face like it was with Palin. Since when does having 5 kids equivocate with being an apt leader? Besides, if it wasn't for this liberal feminist agenda, she wouldn't have been able to VOTE, let alone hold public office! She's against her own GENDER!
