I'm astounded by this 'interview'. An interview is supposed to explore a candidate's abilities, personality, and whether he fits within your organization, not pin him down in convoluted semantic arguments. This demo is more in the realm of a fisherman and customer haggling over a pound of fish.

I can’t explain it in 500 characters. But this is something 3, 6 or 15 credits hours’ courses in US. But IIM can use this technique to avoid lengthy and meaningless arguments.

A statement of fact expresses only what actually happened, or what could be proven by objective data.

A statement of opinion expresses an attitude toward something – it makes a judgment, view, or conclusion, or gives an opinion that cannot be proven true or false.
