@SuperGsrider The base of the changer has a built-in leveraged bead breaker. I throw a rag on the steel leg base and just use the built-in breaker.

@SuperGsrider Yes, the mojo blocks are made of nylon and protect the rims completely.

how hard is this to do when you need to install a tube in the tire. Is the mojo bar or any thing else going to hurt the tube, or interfere?

@jamn83 I use this system on my KTM tubed tires. The harder sidewall makes it harder, but the tube isn't an issue if you just put a little air in the tube before installation to help it keep the round shape.

@mattmccabedotcom Rite on. thanks for the quick reply. Does harbor freight still sell these?

@jamn83 I don't think so. But, I haven't actually looked for one since about 2001. I've had this one since then.

Looks really easy, but I'm not having nearly as much luck with my Harley rear wheel and 180 tire. The tire is so stiff, I couln't hold the opposite side in the well for removal of the first bead.
Now, I'm trying to remount the tire. First bead goes on with no tools. But the Mojo lever simply will not put the second (top) bead over the rim. In your video, you get the bead half on by hand before starting. I can't get 1/4 of this stiff tire bead on. It just ain't happening.

@DFWKen Ken, it sounds like you aren't getting your opposing bead in the valley. An extra set of strong hands helps.
