Youe're the expert! I guess that with my love for that vigorous pounding sound I was thinking only of recordings such as Zegnaj (Witas), Za jedno male slowko (Faliszewski), or Zagrajcie mi (Fogg) and forgetting for a moment about the other beautiful ones like Zlociste Chryzantemy (Poplawski), Bez sladu and Gdy odejdziesz (Gran) which you uploaded here.
Well, I love then all (and it's thanks to you!)

Hello, as far as I know Olgierd Lech was a pseudonym of Emanuel Schlechter i.e. the author of the text of this tango. He used it only as a singer. He recorded few pieces for Columbia inbetween 1933-35. Very interesting recording!

Very interesting remark, thank you. Emanuel Schlechter, for Columbia recorded first under his own name, a few of these recordings in my possession. Quite probable that for a few items he changed his name for O.L. - the timbre is very similar.
I do not object writing in Polish with colleauges from Poland...:-)
