Porsche 928S4 5.0L Screamer on the dyno

Modded Porsche 928S4 on a Mustang dyno. 5.0L Screamer motor with '91 GT pistons, rods, drilled crank & block, '88 S4 heads w/ stock valves & airbox. Mods are headers , Elgin Cams & Sharktuning. Fuel cut set at 7110 rpm.

I assume custom chipping is the best value for a true increase in HP. I was reading on rennlist about the generic autothority chips and the general consensus was that everyones 928 runs differently based on wear/environment/condition, and that what the generic chips yield in HP/torque increase can vary widely from 30+ HP to almost nothing on a well tuned engine. How much did you pick up the 91 GT low end components for?

Your car sounds so amazing! I picked up a 928 5.0 for $500 that was set up with a turbo kit. It needs an engine sleeve though. Great car!!!!
