I guess what I meant was that he doesn't come across as being even the slightest bit objective. Whereas Bill Gates would say "Apple has got some great innovations, but Microsoft is introducing this...", Steve Ballmer would say something to the effect of "google maps on the iphone? are you retarded? why don't you just buy a paper map?!" Even if the point he makes is true, his way of expressing is a huge turnoff for alot of consumers.
