GY192 Gyro testing

I have the gyro gain pot set to around 80%
On the Tx, Gyro is in HH just a bit below 3 oclock (out of the 12pm-5pm range)

The heli's tail seems to hold pretty good here with a tiny bit of movement
But it also likes to pull back and to the right.
Most likely my center of gravity is a little off so I might adjust my battery and move it forwards

Please comment! Tips would be awesome at this point
I can't get this heli to hover hands off the stick at the moment.

gy192 gyros are rubbish and wont last long!

@MrTrollYourAss not true mate i have a erazor but with a full kds electric ystem new gyro,esc,servos,engine i can get it bout 2 feet off ground and take my hand off the transmitter!

Dude 3D helis without 3 gyros do not hover with hands off.
