Why so many anglophone Girls sounding unsexy?

From all phonetics in different languages I heard in the world, why do English-speaking girls make that weird, male kind-of, totally unsexy, distorted sound???

Of course I have nothing against these womens, I like all womens of the world, but that thing hit me and I wonder why it's like that and if it has alway been like that...

I've "been with" plenty of Pepsi chix, and their language was sometimes quite off-putting, "t'say?" Whatever gets U through the nite, Jean-Guy. That's the way I see it. Dissing Bloke babes is just intolerant, predictable and dull.

@slamcool All those chix were awesome, all things considered. People can talk funny in any language. A babe can easily be forgiven for speaking imperfectly, if you put your mind to it.

Those are just celebs who start off excited then start to slow down and slur their speech when they realise they don't actually know what they're saying.

I actually heard a thing about this on NPR the other day. It apparently developed very recently. (Listen to audio of Jackie Kennedy and you'll hear.) According to the expert on the radio, women do this ironically to emphasize their femininity. It kinda makes sense when you think on it--by demonstrating that their voices only go so low, they are proving their gender. The expert said it was a side effect of rather successful gender-equality in the English speaking world.
