  • This is just more disinformation from people who don't know what they're talking about.

    Eating fat, including saturated fat, doesn't make you fat or hurt your heart. Except trans fats, such as margarine.

    I've been doing much reading on fats and the true culprits for heart disease are ... vegetable oils! High temperature extraction breaks the carbon bonds and creates harmful free radicals.
