  • isnt there a better way to flip the tire? just wondering

  • @boowayne12 who the fuck taught you how to spell? ya dumbass!

  • good stuff..but u need to correct their tire form, use da hips and legs to drive, dey gone ef dey back up!! no moe kids lol trust me i pulled my groine twice on da tires

  • Great strength exercise using Kettle Bells which weigh about 16kg or about 35 lbs, Tire Flips and Carrying the weight bench. You can omit carrying the weight bench if you don't have space.

  • I would love to try that tire thing but such a tire would take up a 3rd of my back yard. Those farmer carries are impressive. I did another 810 leg press today X 8 I think I can up to 840 next week and do it a few times. You got a lot of space!

  • I have the same type of question. I figure the tire weight should be based on your ability to deadlift. So if you dont mind me asking what weight did you pick (for the tire)? How much can you deadlift (reps at a specific weight or max)?

  • I am looking to get my first tire. Does anyone know what weight I should get? It is a similar movement to the deadlift so should I base the weight of the tire on what I can deadlift? Thanks to anyone who answers my question.

Elliot and Mike, thanks for the video.

  • You should def get up one for boxing or kick boxing! :)

  • Elliot is like a demi-god

  • Elliot,

How much do your tires weigh, I'm following your lead and starting hybrid training, but I think I oversized the tire I picked up.

    Thanks,
