Track 11 from the High School Musical 3 : Senior Year Soundtrack.

PERSONAL OPINION
I think that this song is going to be a quite meaningful song with loads of emotions. It was sort of a disappointment for me becuase I thought it was going to be an upbeat version with verses from Chad & Taylor. But as I listen to it more I like it.

  • I cried so hard throughout this entire movie. High School Musical came out when I was a Sophomore in high school, so I pretty much followed it going through high school. High School Musical came out my Junior Year and High School Musical came out a few months after I graduated, when I was still missing high school and all my friends. This was and will always be such an emotional movie for me. HSM <3

  • this is the best song from HSM

  • @StarlingKnight NO!!! You enter high school when you are 13 or 14 and leave when you are 17 or 18, depending on when your birthday is. The characters in HSM1 were already in their third year.

  • @SpOiLeDeQuAlSmE;

    So you are 16 when you enter high school and 20 when you graduate?

    I have always thought students are 18 or 19 when they enter college/university but it seems I've been wrong.

  • @StarlingKnight In the USA, high school is four years. I would know, i live here. the characters are about 16 to 17 in HSM1.

  • @SpOiLeDeQuAlSmE;

    Are you counting junior highschool in this 4-year schooling plan?

    I've always thought actual highschool is 2 or 3 years long, not 4.

    How old are the characters in the beginning of HSM1? 16? 17?

  • @StarlingKnight HSM1 tells their 3rd year. HSM2 tells the summer between their 3rd and 4th year and HSM3 tells their fourth and final year. We never see their first and second years.

  • @SpOiLeDeQuAlSmE;

    Makes no sense.

    HSM1 tells about their 1st year, HSM2 tells about the summer between 1st and 2nd year and HSM3 tells about their final year and ends in graduation.

    There's missing 2 whole schoolsyears from the picture... The characters just magically change from 17yo to 19yo between HSM 2 and 3?

  • @StarlingKnight High school in the US is four years. The high school musical movies only tell the story of two years of their high school lives.

  • @StarlingKnight;

    I've always thought highschool is 3-year school, not 2-year. Maybe that explains where I got the extra 12 months in my calculation...

  • @SpOiLeDeQuAlSmE;

    I have always mistakenly thought high school is 3 years not 2 years long.

    Of course, coming from country that has different schooling system than Britain, USA and other english-speaking countries leads you to information errors like this.

    Finnish equalent to "high school" (lukio) is 3-4 years long depending how many courses you take per year. But the studies in the last year are higher-level stuff than people get in american highschool.
