ugh what a dumbass, read the freaking name of christmas "christ-mas" el retardo its celebration of christs birthday. u need to stop trying to preech when you know abesolutly nothing of what you are saying.

I love this movie, but I also think it's funny how so many movies are inaccurate. The wise men did not reach Jesus until long after his birth. This is why the King went to kill all children under the age of 2. The wise men only found Jesus when he was a young toddler. Doesnt stop any of us from enjoying our Christmas and the TRUE reason for the season.

the day of December 25th doesn't matter. no one knows the exact day Christ was conceived. they took a guess frankly. the day is meant to celebrate His birth, just probably not on the day of it, since we don't know when that was.

Actually we celebrate Christmas on December 25th is because, it was a pagan holiday as the shortest day of the year. They worshipped the birth of the sungod on this day. If you didnt you would be killed. The Christians celebrated it but as the birth of the son of GOD in secret. Today we celebrate it as the birth of Christ.Christmas isnt one day,or how much you spend, its a reminder of how to treat everybody everyday of the year.The actual day doesnt matter.

um actually, some of the Christmas rituals WERE pased off of pagan traditions (ie the CHRISTMAS TREE). Also, Christmas is placed where it is because there was a celbration of a goddess. It does have a theme of the birth of Christ so it does have a little bit of something to do with God.

Christmas is for fun..and to remember the story of how the Christian savior was born. I believe God enjoys watching us celebrate holidays.
