Just as its name suggests, the all-inclusive Temptation Resort and Spa is an alluring destination for the over 21 set. Directly on the beach overlooking the Caribbean, the adults-only resort is conveniently located near downtown Cancun and smack in the middle of the bustling hotel zone. Four-story contemporary buildings look out over the three outdoor swimming pools and seven Jacuzzis, the center of the fun on any given day.

The stylish lobby, decorated in grey, silver and red, sets the modern tone felt throughout the resort. The 348 red and white contemporary guest rooms are chic and have a sensual and relaxing ambience. En suite bathrooms are fully appointed and feature red tile showers and marble countertops. Jacuzzi rooms up the ante with an outdoor Jacuzzi located on a private terrace. Guests staying in these rooms are also entitled to the exclusive Drops of Love package, which includes romantic touches, like chocolate-covered strawberries, lobster dinner for two served in-room, couples massage and more.

The resort boasts six different dining venues to choose from. El Embarcadero offers international cuisine in a relaxed and elegant setting. For Asian cuisine, there is the Village Wok with its comfortable yet trendy atmosphere. Il Piacere serves Italian cuisine amid a romantic ambience highlighted by a soothing water wall. Bellavista, the resort's poolside venue, specializes in seafood and Caribbean cuisine. Guests of Temptation don't have to go far to enjoy themselves. The resort has three outdoor pools (where going topless is optional) and seven outdoor Jacuzzis. During the day there are beach and water sports, like windsurfing and scuba diving demonstrations, and at night, live music, shows, and dancing keep temperatures high. Temptation also features a Sensual Fitness program, a women-only class that teaches pole dancing, lap dancing and choreographed routines. At Spa Sensations at the Temptation resort, there is a wide assortment of treatments and services, including seaweed wraps, aromatherapy, special Mayan sunburn treatments and VIP massages. The spa includes treatment rooms, a sauna, Jacuzzis and locker rooms. It also offers special packages that combine massage, facial and body treatments.
