In the business world today, many executives are afraid of taking risks. The common belief is that so long as you don't make a mistake, you're generally safe. "But safe from what?" asks organizational development expert, Linda Finkle. "Are you avoiding failure -- or are you actually avoiding success?"

    i really really like it

  • You forget the money side. Moneybags never take risks, ever. Investors care very little about technology, the better product, or self-improvement. Even when the market research is solid, the risk is negligible and the inventor/creator pawns everything he owns to make it zero, the man with the money will ask for more safeguards. For big companies, this applies to internal development and not considered as much a risk as simply R&D. Risk-dodging is very negative and I wish the world would change.

  • We checked it out from several different computers and several different locations and were not able to duplicate the same problem. Perhaps it was a hiccup with YouTube? Try again and let us know if you continue to have problems viewing it.

  • We apologize, we have no idea. We will check it out. Please revisit the video later this week.

  • awesome..... thanks
