I've never heard this; a cute little recording. Ella could have done anything she wanted; I have no doubt of that. She could have sung anything; classical, opera, whatever. She simply was, the greatest voice of the 20th century. No doubt.

chas63, absolutely agree with you. Ella's voice was every bit as accomplished as any opera singer and she was definitely the greatest voice of the 20th century. A vocal genius who put her mark on any song she sung.

It was on Ellas own label, SALLE and recorded in September 1966 according to the discography I have. Only issued as a single, but the bulk of the show can be found on the Live At The Greek CD
