Built specifically to steal exotic cars off a speeding train, Mongo started life as nothing more than some steel tubing in Picture Car Coordinator Dennis McCarthy's shop, an old Oshkosh HEMTT military truck cab bought from a Marine Corps surplus sale, and $85,000 in sundry parts.
