Its hard for me too eat small portions as well! I just love food too much.... Its all about starting to eat less and keeping it up. I know that when i control my portions my stomach feels as if it shrinks and it doesnt take as much to feel full

i know the trouble of sleeping late too... i gotta go to bed early and go to the gym early or else i wont go... it also makes me feel like i burn many more calories over the day

@soggybread88 I agree with you. It always feels better going to the gym in the morning instead of the afternoon or at night and yes supposedly you DO burn more calories in the morning when you first get up.

2 tips:
1) if you don't buy the food that you usually eat and shouldn't, you won't find it in your house and probably won't go buy it when you want it. Sounds stupid but it's absolutely effective!
2) if you want to resize the portions just eat less for 2 weeks, after that you won't be that hungry anymore 'cause your stomach will be shrinking!
Trust me, i've been there before ;)
