Is the economy ever going to get better? They say not for three to five years. Some of the reasons why are:

1. The Adjustable Rate Mortgage. The first down turn of the housing market was about three years ago because of the ARM loans. Well the ARM loans are set up to go up in five years after purchase of your home. So in two more years the next set of buyers will be having higher mortgage payments. Which in turn is going to cause more foreclosures if they cant make their payment like the first down turn.

2. Commercial Real Estate. Many investors own apartments, which is a great monthly income for them. But with the economy the way it is, 30% of the apartment rentals are vacant. No way can investors make payments on an apartment building with no tenants.

3. States Going Bankrupt. The government has already bailed out California once, and now they are going bankrupt anyway. Theyre trying to get Marijuana legalized so they can survive off the taxes from it. And that is just one state.

4. Government Bail Out. There is no more money left to bail out banks or any other businesses. The government is already in over 7 trillion dollars in debt. There hasnt been enough gold to cover our currency in years. Its only getting worse.

The way things are looking, the worst is yet to come! All of these things listed here are just government problems, if we stop listening to and depending on the government we would be a lot better off. Get a business of your own, an internet business that is world wide. The Economy is not going down the toilet all over the World. There are still people out there that have money and are looking to invest in a legitimate internet business.
