Gov. Bill Ritter addresses a question regarding the Taxpayers Bill of Rights, also known as TABOR, and the Gallagher Amendment during a town hall meeting at Sterling High School on Tuesday, Nov. 24. Approximately 200 attended the meeting, which was part of Ritter's trip to the eastern plains. The trip also included stops in Burlington and Lamar. Besides TABOR and Gallagher Ritter also discussed the state budget and the cuts that have been made, education and healthcare reform, economic development in relation to energy and a variety of other topics. www.journal-advocate.com.
