Don't use pinyin. And if you refrain from trying to speak in the beginning stages, you won't have any problem with tones, so there's no need to learn about tones.

@deannalynn8 Hi there. You purchase the full programme through a secure download shop called E-Cast which also sells lots of other reputable videos. Both E-Cast and Language Bite provide full back up if you had any probs downloading etc. I am not an indendent party of course but hope this info helps :)
