No, this cannot be real! That voice is not coming out of an 80 year old woman! I have never heard such pure high notes past 65! Whoever is dubbing this, is following Cook around to every venue on video. I go from clip to clip to clip but that beautiful voice is unchanged. Cook is unnatural, but unnatural like an angel.

45 years later she can still hit that note effortlessly. Wow.

Barbara Cook is the most honest, transparent singer with the best technique of any singer today. Very few singers can come close to her. Studying her should be required for any singing student - Classical, Broadway, Pop, Gospel, Rock.

How at 82 does she still possess her same as always warm, sweet, powerful and HIGH voice?! Barbara Cook is a living legend. I do wish she'd had the same success on film and television as she had on Broadway so more people would know her talent. "Ice Cream", a delight, as always!

A living legend. When Barbara's done singing a song, you've absorbed a lifetime's worth of silliness, wonder, fear, love... every word is its own chapter, every song a story. Barbara Cook sells it like no other. Thanks a million for posting. Time for some vanilla ice cream! ;)
