This video is a Universal GSM machine as part of a complete SMT assembly line during installation for a Customer. Keep in mind the placements in this video are a random placement program to cycle the machine after calibration. No attempt was made to accurately place parts on the double sided tape. As you can see in the video we missed scraping all of them off. at this stage of the smt line install we needed to cycle the heads. It is an older video we found and wanted to share as the machine has an interesting combination of heads with a 7 spindle FlexJet on the front and a 4 spindle AMV high speed pump head for the adhesives on the back k of the beam. Unfortunately, this is all the video of this line we can share, as the next board to run was the Customers production.
