This video was taken at the celebration of the passage of the SPEECH Act of 2010 in the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing room. The SPEECH Act is a federal law that deters libel tourism and nullifies its chilling effects on free speech. The AAP was a valued partner in working toward the passage of the bill.
