@SophhJanee Wikipedia :The term "junior" is correctly used only if a child is given exactly the same name as his or her parent. So , in other words legally the middle name only doesn`t matter if there ISN`T one . So , you were wrong . Just admit it and get it over with .

@SophhJanee You`re right , Barty Crouch Jr. would legally be considered a Jr. because he`s got the same first and last name as his father and no apparent middle name just like his father . However , Tom would not be considered a Jr. legally as while the first and last name are the same as his father , his middle name comes from his mother`s side of the family . Legally , you need to have the same exact name as a parent to be considered a Jr. .
