they dont always make great pets.... you gotta have two .... one isnt enough because it will get lonely and self mutilate ....and crab and bark loads....they have a complex diet that requires alot of preparation. and need ther nails clipped every few weeks and the process to bond with them is very time consuming. not a pet recomended for the average joe or anyone under 18 as generally people under 18 dont have the maturity for these pets... further more dont buy from petstore buy from breeders..

@michaeljordan23 Orly? Countless SINGLE sugar gliders have survived purely on apples, pellets and the occasional treat. (chicken/insects)

My own sugar glider took 1 week to bond, and i have 1 glider. You just gotta learn to research before buying one.

@michaeljordan23 Actually some of these can be true now that i think about it. But it all depends how good your bond is with your pet. If you see it one hour a day it won't be too kind. btw STITCH IS ADORABLE!!
