Hopefully he's addressing women under 25 who only follow trends. It's best not to generalize and apply this information to all women. Otherwise most women accepting this video would be fashion victims. Denim doesn't work for every type of coloring, body type or age. Definitely consider what is really age-appropriate. The same is true for leggings. Since image comes from perception, if I were a woman I wouldn't trust this guy from his image - unshaven, earrings and wearing a hoodie.
