New Custom Drum Rack at NAMM 2010 by Gibraltar Hardware

Brent Barnett shows off this custom drum rack at NAMM 2010 and the "Geosphere" was a major hit. He used several new Gibraltar Hardware clamps: the GCS-450C 4-Post Curved Rack, SC-GCSRA Chrome Series Adjustable Right Angle Clamp, and SC-GUATC Chrome Series Ultra Adjust Tube Connector. The Geosphere Rack built and designed by Brent Barnett and Bryan Scheidecker of Gibraltar Hardware.

@Vienershmaken Well that is the cool thing about the hardware. You can take it to the max like this, or you can have a super minimal setup, or anything in between.

What good is it if you can't get it. I've been trying to get 3 stinkin' 36" curved tubes for 2 MONTHS. Plus, You advertise the chome clamps, but don't have any in stock. I'm selling all my Gibraltar & buying DW. You Suck!

Make your own cheap racks!! PVC pipes, connectors and concrete! First, buy the sizes, turns and lengths you need. Second, put it together and make it look and where u like it, then take it apart, fill the used pieces with concrete for stability and so they don't break. Put any kind of STRONG bonding glue to keep the joints from unparting! Last but not least, spray paint it chrome( or any colour you wish it to be.)

I can't wait for these to come out on the market! I saw them at Sam Ash Drums and Percussion in Hollywood and just FREAKED! I've built dozens of racks and these clamps are going to take it to a whole new level. Anticipation indeed!

@GibraltarDIY True, true. I guess I fall somewere in the between. I just bought the GRS850DBL from you guys and love it to death. I was really kidding anyway. The guy who put this together is brilliant.
