how about latency? never made good experience with audio over usb, especially usb2.0..

Can someone PLEASE explain the looping setup here? I am VERY curious about having the live recorded loops have preset bar lengths and auto-triggering when they are done recording. I have been trying to get a setup involving the first two of those launchpads for a year now and I SUCK at it!! Please, help! Novation, I'll buy more products if you help!

This may be a stupid question, but how did you get your drum loop to automatically stop recording and loop without having to stop the loop from recording? Thought I needed to get a footpedal for that.

I'm kinda confused with how you actually looped this. I mean, did you loop all the audio parts on different clips on ONE audio channel track, or were some midi tracks and more automations involved? Thanks.

@rawesome1000 Yes that is possible. The Ultranova acts as a standard USB audio interface therefore you can route audio from Ableton to any of the Ultranova's four outputs.

@el3ktrofreak Yes the Ultranova plug-in editor and Novation USB drivers will work fine with FL Studio. You can use the Launchpad in 'user 1' mode or with Automap to send standard MIDI messages to FL Studio.

How do you get such low latency? I'm running a full desktop with an i7 2600k and I still get enough latency to keep me from doing live stuff like this.
What am I doing wrong?

@Medium0Rare What sound card are you using? The latency achievable depends on many factors but can sometimes be improved with some tuning.
