thank you so much for these 8 exercises! i'm only in my mid 20's but these videos will benifit me all my life! i will do them everyday - eventually slow it down to 3 times a week, but will never stop doing them! this way i can massage my back and neck on my own and save trips to the massage therapist! you're heaven sent man! god bless.

@233alba Hello, thanks for your question. I would try and do this exercise in combination with exercise 7 once a day - twice would be great. Difficult to comment on "results" without seeing you (are you experiencing back pain? is it only poor posture?) but many patients notice a difference after 2-3 weeks. All best, Mathieu
