That "Q33 NY" meme is a notorious e-mail hoax that was exposed long ago! NONE of the alleged "hijacked planes" ever had any such tail numbers. It helps to research properly before propagating nonsense.
Ironically, there are some interesting & blatantly obvious numerological 'coincidences' , but this is bogus & NOT one of them.

American Airlines flight 11, a Boeing 767, tail number N334AA (not Q33 NY) with 92 people aboard, including the hijackers, was hijacked by 5 Arabs, while on route from Boston to LA. It was known to be hijacked by 8.25 AM or earlier, and hit the North tower of the WTC at 8.46.
