Joint Services Pak-Day Parade reminds us the ideology which set new trend of life of the Muslims of subcontinent. Parade was initiated on 23rd March 1956 on Polo Ground Karachi. With the passage of time the parade has been modernized and new military equipments, weapons, fighter airplanes and missile system were introduced. Guards of Pakistan Army, Navy and Air force present the Salutes to the President and march past through the parade path. This Parade was held in 1996 on Pakistan Day.

  • I commanded this parade in1996 and these are my best memories I cherish even today. A lot of hard work and dedication went into the preparation of this parade and all participating units get the credit for their flawless performance.  Brig (r) Naveed Nasar Khan
