Rudy is right. It will NOT stop crime. It won't even stop gun crimes. It never has where ever it has been instituted. AND it won't keep the 9mm out of the hands of the criminal who is never going to license it, no matter what state he lives in. The only city that has reduced gun crime to zero is the one that REQUIRED all citizens to carry concealed weapons. NO ONE has had a burglary, and no one has pulled on a neighbor.

So, . . . how is registering the firearms of law abiding citizens going to do ANYTHING that he is suggesting in this video? They should be focusing on black market guns and criminals, . . .
