Federal Business Opportunities. In layman's terms, it is where the government posts requirements they need to fill with private contracts - large or small businesses that meet additional pre-requisites. For example, if the FBI needs ammo - they purchase it from a private contractor. If the Prisons need food - they list it on FBO so private businesses can apply for that contract. Those are typical, but some are not so and those are the ones I report on.

Yup saw that strangeness in Troops being SENT?  Yet we are to downsize troops within less than a year in other areas? Make up your mind guys. Opthamology equipment??? Creepy stuff coming to Egypt. I wondered the SAME thing when I heard a snippit on the news that was strange as to Egypt.(VERY minimal report....zipped by the moderator's lips). hmmm

@slobomotion What part of Egypt does your "BROTHER" live in??? My mom lives in Egypt and family right in the heart of Cairo, so I was following all of this very carefully. Al Jazeera had live feed online. I'm not sure your info is correct!!!

It all makes perfect sense . Egypt accepted 3 billion dollars from the IMF to help stimulate the economy and we all no how well that works. That came with allot of red tape, and they will now be held for ransom . The seeds are planted , getting ready for harvest .
