Oh, maaaaan, that Catso always scared the crap outta me when I was a child. Even at 26, he's still pretty creepy looking....
This scene has a great mixture of eerieness there in the beginning and a playful, childlike tone. Fine film making, in my opinion. Incidentally, this is one of my favorite parts (out of several)!
