The Garden Song by Bob Bennett played by Shannon Wimberly

This is the song that brought the destinies of me and my wife's lives together. The original song has a cello part in it... I heard this song one night, immediately called a local classical music teacher that I knew who taught my brother...... she got me a cello..... I took lessons...... later on we started sitting on the back porch drinking beer and wine...... one thing led to another.......21 years later..... here we are. For better or worse as they said when this agreement took place, for the better mostly...... there has been some truces along the way, now that the edges are all knocked down smooth, we are a pretty good fit......

One of my favorite songs of all time... recently was getting reacquainted with it and stumbled across your video... great job, my man... when I play this song I tune the A string down a whole step... is that what you're doing?... I like the chord voicings you're getting... Bob Bennett is a master songwriter, singer, guitarist... deserves much more recognition.
