Japan's Fukushima nuclear crisis continues with the plant's operators now asking Russia to send its floating radiation treatment plant.

The "Suzuran" has been used to decommission nuclear submarines and treats radioactive liquid with chemicals and then stores it in a cement form.

With a build-up of highly radioactive water as a consequence of trying to cool the fuel rods, engineers at the plant have been forced to release less contaminated water into the sea.

  • Dear friends - I have potassium Iodide pills. Sending from EUROPE. One pill is 30 cents and shipping is 8$ no matter how many you order. 10% from pills' selling goes for Japan (I think that due to this fact I am allowed to post my advertisement). Please provide quantity and shipping data in your private message. Take care.

  • Support Japan!!!

  • my prayers go out to all the japanese people. hard to believe how much nature can wreck such havoc.

  • Nice timing!

  • I knew a girl named Shima but she dumped me so Fukushima

  • @MrInsects Russia will help. OR ELSE.

  • @ActiveStorage All the money the Red Cross collected could be used for that. My concern is why the world hasn't focused on this collectively to try and fix this already. Japan will be uninhabitable in a month or so and the plumes are destroying our atmosphere while the contaminated water is killing the ecosystem in the ocean. God help us.

  • @TiMMYSQUibbLES what about burning by sending it to the sun? they gonna ask for money tho. it takes around 25k dollars per kilogram to send stuff up there. or something like that
