So I had no prior practice on this specific track (just listened to it once on a friend's tango playlist and decided to try jamming along), but lots of practice on the instrument; I started playing cajon 2 years ago and I've been playing some form of percussion for the better part of 15 years! Nice jam with the uke, too.Used to be my instrument of choice. Makes me want to try a cajon box! I play harmonica, djembe and congas. Also zen drums for the past year, mostly Spike Finch steelies, sometimes drums of my own making. I do alot of solo new age stuff on the zens, but also like to break out with fun habenero hand jive improvs. I like to tweak the scales with movable interior magnets to produce unique sounds. Especially fond of surreal percussive accompaniments to films. J.
