EAS: Tornado Warning (TOR) for North Carolina

Request by 88jamiew, albeit a little late. A tornado warning for North Carolina.

Requests are now OPEN. Requests for videos must meet the following requirements:
- The location of the emergency
- The type of emergency
- The type of title card (i.e. "blue screen", "green screen," etc.) you would like
- A brief back story explaining non-weather or complex weather events
Few videos that do not meet these requirements will be accepted. All others are subject to change based on my schedule. (I'm busy, guys...)
Also try to avoid too many nuclear apocalypse scenarios or zombie outbreaks. Those are the two most frequently requested videos, and I have too many at one time.

Do a tornado warning for Cabarrus County, North Carolina. Title card: Blue Screen. The brief back story could be talking about gas prices rising or something like that. I hope that's what you mean by a back story. ^_^ Can't wait to see it!
